I am engaged in the leadership of solving complex challenges to contribute to sustainable development. I research, consult, and teach on developing sustainable leadership, operations, and collaboration across and within organizations. My mission is to foster collaboration, processes, and relationships where 1+1+1 equals 17, not just 3.

This mission is the heart of what I do as a consultant. I have specialized in helping organizations formulate and achieve their visions and in dissolve their most defining challenges. My approach is always multidisciplinary and based on insights from building sustainable continuous improvement through Lean Leadership, Appreciative Inquiry and Positive Organizational Scholarship.


Specialties: Organizational transformation, process and workshop facilitation, key note speaking, shop-floor leadership coaching, large-scale organizational development events, applied research, academic & popular writing.


I have a unique background with 18 years of board-experience and 10 years as chairman. Currently, I am at the board of two major organization that last year had a turnover of 1 billion dkk each.

My PhD at DTU Management Engineering was titled "Decoding the Productivity Code - towards an improvement theory for sustainable organizational performance" and comprised a multi-year action research project of investigating improvement activities and leadership in a competitive industrial setting.
